HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tampa, FL)

Summit Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Tampa area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
