HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tampa, FL)

Bright Sparrow Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Tampa serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
