HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tampa, FL)

Amberfield Sparrow Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
