HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Stone Health Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
