HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Bright River Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
