HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tampa, FL)

Highbridge Vale Pharma develops and makes medicines in Tampa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
