HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Redstone Vista Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
