HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Timber Property Management Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
