HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (St. Louis, MO)

Stonegate West Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around St. Louis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
