HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (St. Louis, MO)

Redstone Lakeside Transit Planning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
