HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Birch Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in St. Louis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
