HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (St. Louis, MO)

Silverline Junction Construction delivers building projects for owners across the St. Louis region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
