HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Sparrow Foods Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
