HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Lakeside Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
