HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Silverline Stone Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
