HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (St. Louis, MO)

Lumen Kestrel Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
