HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (St. Louis, MO)

Amberfield Meridian Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
