HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (St. Louis, MO)

Summit Quill Legal Group is a law firm in St. Louis serving businesses and individuals, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
