HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (St. Louis, MO)

Westbrook Kestrel Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
