HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (St. Louis, MO)

Cedar Stone Telecom is a telecommunications provider in St. Louis focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
