HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Summit Rook Construction and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
