HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Spokane, WA)

Northwind Nest Housing manages affordable housing communities across Spokane, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 601 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
