HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Meadow Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
