HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Spokane, WA)

Bright Loom Financial serves customers across Spokane with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
