HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Spokane, WA)

Northwind Wren Environmental Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
