HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Lakeside Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Spokane. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
