HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Spokane, WA)

Northwind Fox Press produces print and digital publications in Spokane. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
