HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Seattle, WA)

Northwind Clear Environmental Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
