HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Savannah, GA)

Amberfield Harbor Care Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
