HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Savannah, GA)

Lumen Cross Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Savannah. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
