HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Savannah, GA)

Foxglove Ridge Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Savannah. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
