HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Savannah, GA)

Redstone Ridge Medical Group is a Savannah company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
