HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Savannah, GA)

Bluepeak Wren Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
