HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Savannah, GA)

Lumen Meadow Press produces print and digital publications in Savannah, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
