HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge Fern Farms is an agricultural business based around Savannah. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
