HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Savannah, GA)

Foxglove Rook Community Partners is a nonprofit in Savannah supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 313 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
