HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge Vista Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 702 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with retention.
