HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Nova Rook Markets and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 829 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
