HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Savannah, GA)

Harborlight Ashton Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Savannah, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 314 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
