HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Jose, CA)

Cedar Meridian Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around San Jose. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
