HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Jose, CA)

Stonegate Sable Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around San Jose, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on water quality. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
