HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Jose, CA)

Ironwood Corner Staffing places workers with employers around San Jose, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
