HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Jose, CA)

Stonegate Ridge Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
