HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Jose, CA)

Westbrook Meridian Banking Services is a regional lender in San Jose with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
