HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Jose, CA)

Stonegate Loom Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
