HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Jose, CA)

Silverline Ember Manufacturing makes precision components in San Jose. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
