HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Orchard Telecom is a telecommunications provider in San Diego focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
