HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Corner Housing manages affordable housing communities across San Diego, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
