HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Diego, CA)

Highbridge Quarry Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
