HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Cobalt Housing manages affordable housing communities across San Diego, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
